”Scott Jackson always astonishes me! He combines flat-out mastery of acting technique with his deeply human presence. His work is subtle, powerful and heartbreakingly moving. His ability to be fully emotional even as he drives the story forward is explosive and frankly astonishing - Like a young Pacino or Sam Rockwell”.

Carolyn Mignini - The Deuce, Veep, Escape at Dannemora, House of Cards

“Scott is one of the finest actors I know - his portrayals are always three dimensional. He brings anger, anguish and wisdom to his performance as George in All My Sons, and that performance plays a significant part in the production's success and many extensions“.

John Perrin Flynn - Producer, Strong Medicine, The Burden of Proof

Scott Jackson is an actor of remarkable truth, passion and raw magnetism.  He has heat and heart in equal measure, and makes an impression that stays with you long after you've seen his work.

Marilyn Fox - Artistic Director, Pacific Resident Theatre

I grew up thinking I was going to be a superhero, was encouraged to be a doctor (or priest), then I studied to become a Physical Therapist and eventually got my degree in Psychology.  However, before I graduated, I took an acting class.  Then I auditioned for The Grapes of Wrath, played the Camp Proprietor and swiftly moved to Los Angeles.  A few weeks later I began training in the professional Meisner Technique program at the William Alderson Acting Studio.  I advanced my training and honed my craft at the award-winning Pacific Resident Theatre where I've been a company member for almost 20 years.  When I'm not acting I'm playing in the valley with my multi-talented wife and six rescues.
